What to bring Packing List

No Worries: Many last minute items are for sale at our retail store that are listed below.

Sunglasses with straps (Or You'll Lose Your Glasses)
Swimsuit (# depending on days of trip)
Sun Hat (essential!) can be a baseball cap, etc.
Sunscreen & Lip Balm (15 spf min.)
Long sleeve shirts
Long pants - light weight (1)
Shorts (2 to 3 pair)
Warm socks for cool nights and hiking
Fleece is always a great option for cool nights
Camera (A Must!)
Lots of Film
Flashlight
We will bring fishing gear please let us know if you are bringing your own rod and tackle.  (License required!!)
Raingear,  can be used for wind gear around camp
Personal Toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, towel, etc.)
Binoculars (optional for wildlife viewing)
Water Bottle (we provide water on the boats and camp)
Poly Propolene or Capalene Long Underwear for May, June

We provide sleeping bags and tent (1 to every 2 people) family tents are available on request,  sleeping pads  are included, you may bring your own sleeping bag if you prefer.

Quick dry material is recommended for the river. Cotton material is fine for camp. River sandals will certainly make you more comfortable but are not mandatory. Tevas and Chacos or look a likes are recommended. Thongs are not recommended for the boat but are good for camp. You should also have a pair of tennis shoes or light hiking shoes for around camp, hikes or go exploring. You do need to make sure all your gear weighs aprox. 35 lbs. or less and will fit in an 16" X 34" dry bag we provide, if you need an additional dry bag please let us know.

This list is recommendations for overnight trips in July and August. The same items are recommended for May and June, but it can be a little cooler and a little wetter. Wool or fleece socks, pants, and jackets (quick dry materials) and poly-pro long underwear are recommended for May & June trips. Add clothes as needed for longer trips.

(We have a small store at our office if you are in need of any last minute items. We have water proof disposable camera’s, Chums (retainers), sunscreen, lip balm, T-Shirts and Hats.)
